Ultimate Fitness KickBoxing


Fitness Kickboxing is a great cardio vascular workout and is one of the best and “quickest” ways of getting in shape and staying there. Our Fitness KickBoxing Program will give you the benefits of a great workout, as well as the self confidence of a martial arts program.

Areas such as flexibility, endurance, confidence and focus are just a few of the central themes of this life changing program.

Our fitness classes are not a formal martial arts class. Uniforms, rank test and sparing are not a part of our program. All you will need is a comfortable set of workout clothes, and be willing to have fun and become EMPOWERED! 

Our classes are designed to work all major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up. All of this is complemented with high energy music, and great people with goals similar to yours to work with.
