           Effectiveness

PRO - FIT workouts are based on real world natural movements that result in fast results and functional fitness. Pro-FIT combines simple full-body workouts, using as many muscles in combination as possible, with occasional short anaerobic bursts.



PRO-F.I.T. differs in a lot of ways from other programs like Cross Fit for example.  We stress flexibility and full range of motion wich really lowers the chance of any injury, but what really sets it apart is that every workout is super-setted with core workouts like push ups, crunches, jumping jacks and or squats. We have been doing these types of workouts since we were kids, but with all of the over hype build up of health clubs and the NEXT "COOL" fad or workout equipment, these highly effective fitness exercises have been lost in translation. At advanced levels some of our clients are doing amazing numbers of push ups--like 800 and even 1000 in one session in under 20 mins.,  and up to 2000 crunches at the advanced levels of PRO-FIT!  

Now, what's really unique is the training methodology. We will target a certain muscle group like shoulders for example and we will use modern technology and weights to train that muscle group. But each and every set we do we will also add a functional core building "SUPER-SET" such as pushups or squats. So really, you are getting an ALL BODY workout each and every session! Our clients are getting AMAZING results quickly by training this way.

This type of training we find really strengthens your entire body, especially your core and back.  This way of training also develops lean, fast-twitch, explosive muscles and not stiff bulk.  And you will also get elements of both a cardio and muscle building workout all in the same session! Our clients are military and law enforcement men and women as well as moms and dads and even college students, and they are getting amazing and fast results.

This is what is really amazing! Because our PRO-FIT founder was a Martial Arts school owner before he conceived his PRO-FIT vision, ALL certified PRO-FIT personal training gyms are inside of Martial Arts schools. What this means to you is that your personal trainer has only one overhead and he doesn't have to pay some HUGE health club co. like the gym chains you see around town. This means, he can charge one reasonable price for each and every client which makes it very affordable and effective Personal training for you.



All of our certified PRO-FIT instructors have been training and teaching in the health industry for many years, most of them having run Martial Arts schools themselves and understand how to motivate and communicate! So, you are not getting some kid just out of high school who has been working out for 1 year that just wants to make a few extra bucks. You instead are getting highly trained INSTRUCTORS who do this for a living and actually care about helping to EMPOWER their communities.



You can pay a monthly rate or 3, 6, 12 month memberships. We have special discounts for groups, families, Law Enforcement, Fireman and Military.



We will not disclose our prices here but we will tell you that our monthly prices are many times what so called Health Club personal trainers are charging per week.

PRO-FIT sessions are booked at your convenience.  And because you are getting an all body workout  each and every session, 2 to 3 times a week is really all that is needed to get in the best shape of your life. No more treadmill for hours a day and no more health club memberships that you will get bored with in months. The training sessions are quick and to the point with Level 1 sessions taking as little as 30 mins! The training is done in a safe and private facility  with a motivating and highly trained PRO-FIT Personal Trainer.
